Transfer for parental physical reasons. Orchard land is leased and the contract is for 7 years, and can be renewed for 30 years after the contract expires. There are now 300-400 red heart kiwi species in the orchard, around 500 Brown Lee, 100 or so, fig trees 50-60, and a number of others. Now, the kiwi starts results with six years ago, other fruit trees start results this year, and Brown Lee goes into abundance next year. There are two floors of one farm house, 3 rooms upstairs, 4 downstairs and a freezer, immediately immediately after the farm house and one farm house, one yard. Then there's the chicken circle duck circle one each, with a number of chicken and duck goose.
