This is an incredible property that you have to see in person to appreciate. This area has great whitetail, dove, quail, and waterfowl hunting in addition to strong grasses and soils for agriculture. The ranch has great access on County Rd 108, and is located about 19 minutes from Brownwood. The ranch has several Oak Motts and hardwoods mixed throughout.

WILDLIFE:
Coleman County is well known as an incredible dove hunting destination, and there is plenty of cultivated ground to plant sunflowers or other upland game bird crops.
