A: 1 owner. Currently residing in the US.

4. Is the price negotiable?

A: Firm at P18M. However, if there is a sure buyer we can submit a negotiated or discounted price to the owner. He is not aggressively selling it and actually I had a hard time convincing him to sell, his pocket is actually full so he doesn't really need cash as of the moment.
