In need of some TLC we have to offer this 40.494ha (100 acres) elevated block of land nestled away in the most private and peaceful part of Bentley. The rich red volcanic soil would be perfect for cropping and would suit someone who would be willing to put in some hard work.
There is currently a 4 bedroom unapproved dwelling on the block, along with a separate single studio. The main house is constructed from besser block and has a massive solar system connected along with water, septic tank and 2 smaller water tanks along with pressure pump. Over the years there has been termite damage to the inside timber framing and walls. The open living area has a woodheater in place and there is also gas cooking in the kitchen area. The studio has water connections and power available and is constructed from coolroom panels.
Remains of a timber construction which would have originally housed a tractor and machinery can be found on the lower side of the road. There are some old tracks through the property and Oaky Creek also passes through the property.
There are no visible boundary fences in place currently and access to the creek is limited due to regrowth. This property will need to be accessed by a AWD vehicle at minimal and must have good ground clearance.
