• Proclamation – Development not proclaimed – proclamation will take ±45 days once outstanding bulk contributions are paid.
• Building Plans - Need to be submitted to Tshwane
• Tshwane plan submission fees - Paid in full
• Electrical engineers - Paid for all work completed to date – further fees will be payable for the completion of the internal reticulation
• Civil engineers - All designs completed - fees payable when project proceeds.
• Land Surveyor - Paid for all work completed to date – further setting out fees payable
• Legal fees - Paid for all work completed to date
• Gate house - Completed and paid for in full
• Boundary wall - Paid for all work completed to date – you may want to wall the northern boundary but I don’t think this is required as there is an existing e/fence.
• Internal Water - Only temporary water for construction purposes exist
• Internal Electricity - Temp builders power to show houses and workers camp exists – Mini-sub & main internal cable is in a container on site.
• Internal Sewer - Temporary sewer exists for show houses and site toilets – No other internal sewer reticulation.
• Internal Roads - Paved roads and parking for the first 100 two bedroom units or 50 three bedroom units are completed and paid for in full.
• Internal Storm Water - Completed and paid for in full
• External & bulk contributions Water - See signed service agreements for amounts payable
• External & bulk contributions Electricity - Completed and paid for in full
